Description

Use 'php' var from config.py to determine if we are allowed to call old BibFormat. Also used to determine if php interface must be shown to users. Corrected login procedure in BibFormat admin interface. Added possibility to get doc of an element directly from template editor through toolbar button. Improved some labels and info strings in admin interface.
