Added logging when harvesting record and later (when inserting into teh database) only updating the existing entry. The data being logged starting rom now: record identifier, harvesting date, bibupload task number

Removed bibupload option indicating the oai source ( It is no more necessary since we can identify records using bibupload task identifier
