mailutils: authentication and TLS support
- Adds support for SMTP authentication and TLS when sending emails (via the config variables CFG_MISCUTIL_SMTP_USER, CFG_MISCUTIL_SMTP_PASS and CFG_MISCUTIL_SMTP_TLS).
