Fixed basic search unit parser WRT field:value.

When guessing basic search units from the search string, plugged
again the old B3c check, so that queries like `division:IT' get
parsed into ACC phrase search mode, not into WRD word search mode,
in case `division' is a well-existing logical field. (If it is not,
then WRD is kept.)
