When some records could not have been uploaded due to errors such as non…

Authored by Tibor Simko <tibor.simko@cern.ch> on Dec 20 2006, 15:03.

Description

When some records could not have been uploaded due to errors such as non-existent record replacement, print the parsed failed records into the standard error stream for easier manual inspection by the admin later. (Note that if the input is a badly formatted XML file to boot, so that some of the records could not have even been properly parsed, the standard error stream will currently contain only a note about the problem, not the precise location of the problematic place in the input file.)
