WebSubmit: various DEMOJRN submission improvements

• Pre-fill issues field with next issue(s) to be released when adding new article.

• Remember articles status (online/offline) in order to select adequate item in the "Status" menu when modifying articles.

• Removed possibility to add additional report number.

• Reviewed labels, removed unused elements and general cleaning.

• Fixed the path to the Atlantis Times CSS in the Fckeditor used in the DEMOJRN submission.

• Fixed parameter 'titleFile' of the 'Mail_Submitter' function in DEMOJRN (SBI) to correctly retrieve the document title.

• Updated documentation of the sample config files used for the FCKeditor instance of the journal submission.

• Fixed "wrong" licensing information in these files.

• Fixed handling of multiple authors and emails.
