Description

BibHarvest: plotextractor in harvesting workflow

Added support for plot-extraction into current harvesting workflow. The new postmodes [h-c-e-f-u] and [h-c-e-u] reflect this change. Fulltexts are also now harvested in this step. Closes #319

Enhanced various parts of the workflow-code to better support these new changes.
