BibEdit: several fixes

• Fixes the case when the clone button was being binded twice to the click event

• Also disables the left menu correctly when cancelling and submitting a new record

• Autocomplete fix when adding a new field

• Save all opened fields on submit

• Allow FFT tags in textmarc editor

• Save fields before submitting fix

• When adding x similar fields (using field templates), keep the volatile fields as volatile
