WebJournal: fix error display

• Update user_box() functions implemented by all the errors created by webjournal in order to accept the req argument (this argument is used when the error page is constructed in order to retrieve the access roles of the users, for constructing the admin tab).

• Update all the user_box() function calls, to pass req as an argument. (fixes #527)
