Added support for h-c-f-u mode (harvest, convert, filter, upload), both to the oai harvester and to its admin interface. Added a basic error tracking so that bibsched knows when there were some errors during oaiharvest task. Refactored some dangerous SQL statement that relied on the order of fields in the table, but much more refactoring is needed.
