access: removal of external authentications
- INCOMPATIBLE Removes proprietary authentication protocol for robotlogin. (closes #2972)
- INCOMPATIBLE Removes external authentication engines. Please use invenio.modules.oauthclient or Flask-SSO instead. (closes #1083)
