installation: higher CFG_WEBSEARCH_WILDCARD_LIMIT

• Use higher default value for CFG_WEBSEARCH_WILDCARD_LIMIT, otherwise many wildcard user queries would be affected. The upper limit of 50,000 seems still acceptable. (It leads to a 7 seconds limit in one real site situation.)
