plotextractor: remove dummy caption generation

• Removes the generation of "dummy" captions which sometimes was extracted from TeX files when no image was found for a caption. It is removed in order to not flood the instance with bogus attached files and unnecessary maintenance.

• Removes also the plotextractor_dummy.png file.
