Description

BibEdit: added search and expandable menu sections

Added search for records other than by record IDs only. Enables you search on reportnumber or with a custom search syntax on any field. Can be easily extended to other fields.

Menu sections can now be expanded/compressed, to make room for more controls (that are coming soon).
