Added function to get a list of action IDs (actname) for all actions implemented by a given document type (function: 'get_actname_all_submissions_doctype'); corrected function 'insert_submission_details_clonefrom_submission': added IFNULL function call to handle case when 'buttonorder' field is empty, corrected bug which meant that number of pages was always set to 0 for cloned submissions.
