Description

WebJournal: switch drafts online when regenerating

When regenerating an issue (i.e. clearing cache), offer also a possibility to switch all articles marked as "Offline" to "Online", in order to keep the visibility of article in the journal interface in sync with the visibility in the repository. (closes #1104)
