Added explicit default charset UTF-8 so that the dbexec client works well also on MySQL systems that are by default configured to use Latin-1 (say). (You can check via SHOW VARIABLES LIKE "version"; SHOW VARIABLES LIKE "character%"; SHOW VARIABLES LIKE "collation%".)
