When producing ALEPH sequential-like textual output format (e.g. HTML MARC), do not print fake subfields ($$_) for controlfields (002-009) but rather use standard 001-like output line without any subfields. (NOTE: this correction may break third-party code relying on the old HTML MARC output style for controlfields, wrongly used hitherto.)
