BibUpload: remove selected formats upon uploading
- Introduces new configuration variable CFG_BIBUPLOAD_DELETE_FORMATS that defines a list of formats to be deleted upon record ingestion in bibupload. Useful to delete pre-cached HTML brief and detailed formats right at the time of the record metadata change; the record will then be formatted on-the-fly until the next bibreformat run updates the cache.
