installation: docker-machine friendly instructions
- Amends Docker installation instructions to be both GNU/Linux native friendly and docker-machine remote-VM friendly. (closes #3595)
- Adds Nginx front-end support for static files.
- Removes --debug flag when starting the Invenio instance.
