Description

WebSearch: SPIRES author query & fuzzy tokenizer

In the SPIRES query mode, the previous regular-expression-based author-name-parsing regime didn't support compound last names. This change uses the Fuzzy Name Tokenizer from BibIndex to tokenize names so that it supports more advanced cases.
