Updated doc messages to refer to inveniocfg. Do not advise to check-custom-templates as it belongs to upgrade path only. Do not call inveniocfg upon installing. Do not manipulate localstate directory permissions. Phased out 'create-table' and friends that are now being performed via 'inveniocfg' after basic installation.
