Description

BibHarvest: improves parallel BibSched support

Adds better support for environments where BibSched runs in parallel execution mode, by using the new feature of sequence ids to make sure that the generated BibUpload tasks are performed before generated tasks such as BibIndex and WebColl (for now, only applicable for INSPIRE sites).
