BibDocFile: fixed FIX-MARC behaviour
- FIX-MARC in BibUpload was corrupting data. This is now fixed.
- FIX-MARC was not fixing MARC when latest file was deleted. This is now fixed.
- Added --yes-i-know CL parameter to bibdocfile.
