WebStyle: remove keepalivesso hack

• Shibboleth session have a fixed lifetime that expires no matter what tecnique is used to keep the session alive. This was not known before, and for this reason a keepalivesso hack has been implemented to try to keep sessions alive. Since sessions expires anyway, the hack was causing more troubles than those it tried to solve and it is therefore removed.
