BibUpload: automatic generation of MARC tag 005

• Updates BibUpload module to generate MARC 005 control field automatically during record creation and modification. (The tag is populated with the usual record revision information.) (fixes #815)

• Updates bibupload regression testing suite to include tests for insertion of 005 tag.

• Updates compare_hmbuffers and compare_xmbuffers helper functions of the regression test suite in order not to compare 005 revisions.
