Description

BibCirculation: sorting last issued loans

Last loans are now displayed in cronological order.
Before, the time of the day was not registered, so the loans in the same day were alphabetically ordered.
Also allowing to accept comas in 'issue', 'page', 'volume' fields in article ILL request by storing them in separate fields, instead of a coma-separated string.
