Description

WebSearch: improve refersto and kw distribution

  • previously had difficulty in parsing quotes
  • distribute across arbitrary numbers of combinations (fixes #618)
  • distribute second-order keywords across appropriate amounts of words/combinations with parens (fixes #607)
  • tests added for same
