Description

WebStat: fix minor bugs

fix makefile install-jquery-plugins.
fix no data situations crashes.
delete repeated functions.
use return value of run_sql instead of LAST_INSERT_ID in bibcirculation.
use CFG_BIBRANK_SHOW_CITATION_GRAPHS = 0=no | 1=classic/gnuplot | 2=flot for bibrank, instead of graphtype=''.
add restricted collections authorization check.
