installation: fix issue with FCKeditor

• Update file fckeditorcode_gecko.js to re-enable (copy-)paste in the editor area with WebKit-based browsers. This behaviour was introduced with http://dev.ckeditor.com/changeset/3973, the bug is documented at http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/4960, and will probably never be fixed in the v2.x series.
