This function moves to storage the files coming from file input elements of the submission form. Depending on the parameters values, it can: -select which file(s) to move -rename file(s) -add a suffix to the filename(s) -create related format or icon For each file to be moved, the function writes the filename into a text file in the curdir so that it can be used when creating the remysql to have access directly to the file.
