Added support for intelligent upload of records having external SYSNO or OAI ID tag present. It is assumed that these ID tags are not repetitive (usually true), otherwise the first value is taken into account. Added wipe_out_record_from_all_tables() suitable mostly for the regression test suite only. Cleaned up some queries and some code, but more is still desired.
