Added helper function test_web_page_content() to easily test the availability of web pages. Added helper function make_surl() to create HTTPS URLs. Reformatted info string showed in the beginning of regression test suite run, using stderr where the usual output goes. This permits to write detailed verbose info into a separate stdout stream. More separate helper function (e.g. for logging in) would be added later.
