Description

BibSword: code cleaning and small improvements

New bfe_sword_push to print link to BibSword interface for authorized users.
Fixed <arxiv:primary_category> namespace.
Temporary files created consistenly and safely in CFG_TMPDIR. Plugged temporary files removal into Invenio garbage collector.
Cleaned docstrings, some code standardization and fixed small bugs.
Fixed some test cases.
