installation: new 'make install-ckeditor-plugin'

• Introduces 'make install-ckeditor-plugin' target as an alias for old 'make install-fckeditor-plugin'. This is useful only for devscript forward compatibility. (It is not used in Invenio v1.0 release series in any way.)
