Deployed complete support for HTTP HEAD with semantic correctness (tm). i.e. doing HEAD of a non existing record URL/file/collection would return 404, while doing GET would return the usual nice HTML page. Added support for multipart-range based on mod_python having chunked encoding disableable on request.
