WebSearch: changes to author page

• changed frequent co-author to search co-authored papers

• fixed problem in tmpl_author_information where author was listed as co-author in Frequent Co-Author

• reformatted auth page output to columns, eliminated frequent journals

• changed keyword searches to include both keyword tags

• modified get_most_popular_field_values function to be case insensitive in keyword counting

• ordered Papers box by the number of records in collections
