kwalitee: new quiet operation mode option

• New -q, --quiet CLI option in the kwalitee checker, useful for easy batch mode operation to check many files in the manner like: $ cd invenio/modules/webfoo/lib $ python ../../miscutil/lib/kwalitee.py -q --check-some *.py
