Description

general: new CFG_SCOAP3_SITE flag

  • Introduces new CFG_SCOAP3_SITE flag to introduce SCOAP3 specific modifications in core modules.
  • If CFG_SCOAP3_SITE=1 renames collections accordingly to journals or publishers.
