Description

Some cosmetic changes for BibClassify.

If the ontology passed to bibclassify_cli via the '-k' option is not a path, then look for the
ontology file in invenio.config.CFG_ETCDIR.
Creates the ontology cache in invenio.config.CFG_CACHEDIR.
Added "Input file:" before the input file in the text output.
Used the American Englich for the filenames ;)
