Description

BibFormat: new BFO for authority records

Creates different output template (.bft) file for each kind of authority and then adapts the equivalent output format (.bfo) to use each one for every different case of the 980.a tag. (addresses #1699) (PR #1749)

Changes some regression tests to work with the new output formats.
