WebBasket: updated list of records found in search

• Lists the records found searching in personal, group and public baskets using a custom format (HWBSR), including links to the detailed record (for local records) and the option to view and/or add notes for each record (if the given basket's sharing rights allow). (addresses #876)

• Fixes the HTML select input field for searching into specific topics or groups to be compliant with all major browsers. (addresses #878)
