Description

WebStyle: quote canonical and alternate URLs

When preparing the canonical and alternate URLs to be included in the page header, do quote the "path" component of the URL (this is made necessary since the current URL is retrieved from req.get_unparsed_uri, constructed partially from 'PATH_INFO', which is not quoted). (closes #1515)
