Added new functionality for the escaping of LaTeX meta characters in the LaTeX template variables that are substituted into the LaTeX template for stamp creation.

In addition, if the creation of the stamp PDF fails the first time round,
another attempt is made with strict LaTeX meta-character escaping (i.e ALL
characters are escaped.)
