Description

WebSearch: fix error in dl stats on author pages

author summary page was showing dl stats (incorrectly) even if CFG_BIBRANK_SHOW_DOWNLOAD_STATS was not set
iftested for this variable in both templates and in the stats calculator in webinterface
fixed typo in (downloaded XX times)
