WebStyle: pass uid to page header and update body

• Parameter 'uid' is now propagated to tmpl_pageheader().

• A "clearing" div is added at the end of the "pagebody" box to make sure that floating portalboxes stay within the box instead of covering the footer (when pagebody is smaller than portalboxes).
