Description

BibIndex: quick hack to index hidden files

When files are hidden, their don't appear in the MARC. However it should still be possible to index their content. BibIndex was triggering fulltext indexing relaying solely on the MARC. This hack explicitly instruct BibIndex to index all bibdocfile URLs no matter if they are hidden or not.
