Bug fix in account activation.

If CFG_ACCESS_CONTROL_NOTIFY_USER_ABOUT_ACTIVATION=1 and CFG_ACCESS_CONTROL_LEVEL_ACCOUNTS > 0,
when the administrator activated an account, the password of the user was lost and set to a
random number. This no longer happens (thanks to Michael Marino for spotting this bug).
