Moved important runtime parameters (URLs, DB credentials) from configure options into invenio.conf. This permits to install Invenio without thinking too much about them in advance, and to change them later after initial demo tests are successful, without having to reinstall. Enriched inveniocfg tool with options to update necessary files (such as dbquery.py) in situ, keeping one backup file (.OLD).
