BibKnowledge: changes to work better with jQuery

add_dynamic_kb puts parameters in correct order
get_existing_kbd_values_for_bibedit removed, as it was unused everywhere and simply wrapped get_kbd_values
kb export search using 'term', to conform with jQuery's AJAX API
dynamic kbs can be exported and optionally searched in format=jquery, just like kbr's
general cleanup: docstrings, debug code removal, kwalitee, etc.
all pre-existing regression tests now pass against Atlantis
addition of several new tests to improve coverage for vital components
